Replacement of an 8 tons heating boiler, handover the turnkey project to the client:
- Creation of Isometrics and of process PID
- Remove all connecting pipes from the boiler.
- Remove parquet floor and support fittings
- Open an access breach
- Study, design calculations, fabrication and installation of the holding girder in a 9m tower (4 working days for this operation)
- Extract the old boiler
- Fit-in the new boiler
- Measure and rebuild all the piping
- Handle the piping on board
- Close the access breach
- Install the piping
- Modify and Install new piping
- Participate in tests
